    • With indirect water heater replacement: Additional $400
    • With thermostat replacement: Additional $100
  • Central Air Conditioning: $750
  • Central Heat Pump: $1,000

In addition to these rebates, Mass Save’s HEAT Loan is a great way to bring an entire home up to date and stay financially responsible. The HEAT Loan offers zero percent financing for qualified energy efficiency improvement projects up to $25,000. Combining this opportunity with the savings made possible by the early replacement rebates, homeowners will save by avoiding repairs on aging units, enjoying lower monthly utility bills, and dodging costly equipment finance fees.
